Meet the Team
Co-founders Dr. Surendra Khambete and John O’Neill established Indratech in 2003. Khambete, a former senior-level product development manager for a Fortune 500 company, has an extensive background in foam and fiber products used in cushioning and acoustical applications.

Indratech is an advanced manufacturing firm that created Performance Fiber Systems™—a nontoxic, recyclable, lightweight, polyester-based material used in all cushion and acoustic applications as an alternative to foam. The market for Performance Fiber and Indura Spring includes seating and bedding applications for the automotive, furniture, marine, medical and aerospace industries.
